Jacksonville was ranked 7th by Zillow in the USA for 2014 to be forecasted as America's "Hottest Housing Markets".

As the year is coming to a close, we will see just how close we ranked in results.
As a real estate broker and follower of the local housing and commercial real estate market, it looks like it will be a very good year for Jacksonville.
