Jacksonville's Evolving Neighborhoods

As I continue to work, live and explore the countless neighboring communities that make up the great Jacksonville area, I am pleasantly surprised to consistently find that the city and it's neighborhoods are making changes that are redefining this city as a major player in the US real estate marketplace.

I typically mention in many of my blog posts that Jacksonville/ Duval county is the largest geographic city in the United States.  That being said, one can only imagine the vast neighborhoods that encompass this great city.  Not to mention, that just to the South of us, St Johns county is home to the famous St Augustine (a historic Spanish city that just celebrated it 450th anniversary) and Nocatee that is one of the fastest growing areas in the country.  I typically include  Nocatee in the greater Jacksonville area as it is commutable to Downtown, and many residents live/work between the two counties.

From the infamous St Johns River to the beautiful uncluttered beaches of the Atlantic ocean
